BUT INTERNATIONAL RESONANCE

Together with the South Tyrolean designer Harry Thaler, PRIMA has developed a collection of bathroom accessories. Versatile and unique, the range is functional and practical to use and characterised by its stylish simplicity.

NOT JUST A BATH COOL-ECTION is a tribute to minimalist aesthetics, with geometric shapes creating a monochrome design. A project developed in collaboration with Harry Thaler, demonstrating a passion and dedication that is reflected in the exploration of new creative horizons.

“Each of his projects is visible proof of his gift for giving something extraordinary to the everyday and shaping design and materials with a clear, innovative and personal vision,” says Thomas Tschimben, Managing Director of PRIMA.

SMART DESIGN

FUNCTIONAL AESTHETIC MEETS SUSTAINABILITY

Homogeneous shapes, minimalist structures and purist design with clear lines and rounded corners. In elegant black, which accentuates rooms and creates fascinating contrasts – for a timeless, instantly recognisable style.

The NOT JUST A BATH COOL-ECTION line is made of aluminium: a durable, lightweight and environmentally friendly material. It is resistant, flexible and, above all, robust: aluminium can be recycled countless times without losing its original qualities, making it ideal for implementing the basic principles of the circular economy.

    PRIMA stands for sustainability and the protection of the environment, day after day, and with this collection we demonstrate the combination of stylish design and ecological responsibility in a tangible way.

    A responsibility that has now been recognised by the prestigious GERMAN DESIGN AWARD. The NOT JUST A BATH COOL-ECTION line designed by Harry Thaler has been honoured in the Excellent Product Design category in the Eco Design category for 2024 – a recognition of precisely this sustainable approach.

    The collection embodies the vision of a future in which aesthetics and ecological sustainability become inseparable concepts, setting a path for us to make a positive impact on our immediate environment through stylish design.

    HARRY THALER

    A MASTERFUL SIGNATURE

    Harry Thaler is a designer whose work combines the highest quality and traditional craftsmanship with innovative shapes and materials. After training as a goldsmith, he completed his Master’s degree in Design Products at the Royal College of Art in London in 2010.

    Thaler currently works with renowned studios, designers and brands such as Nils Holger Moormann, Pulpo, Davide Groppi, Monocle, Leaos and Olev Light. His work has already been shown in several exhibitions and has won numerous prizes. Harry Thaler currently lives in Merano, Italy, where he has converted a disused silo tower into his design studio.

    “When designing this collection, it was crucial for me to initiate a process of reduction: to achieve the essentials and simplicity of the shape, but also to emphasise the highest quality and sustainability in design, development and production. For me, perfection means fulfilling very high expectations without compromise,” says the designer.
